Responsibility:
1. Implement APQP as SDT core member for new program development and engineering change;
2. Present SDT meeting timely, identify all quality related works during program development, perform all quality work, and submit quality documents to customer timely.
Duty:
1. APQP/ ISIR submition/ PPAP submition/ Preparation for customer process sign off;
2. Create control plan and inspection working instruction;
3. Identify the requirements for IMTE/MSA/Initial processs capability study;
4. Lead quality problem analysis and improvement before SOP.
Requirement of candidates :
1. Under 35 years, bachelor degree in industry;
2. 5 years working experience, at least 3 years working experience in manufacturing area. Automotive exerience is priority;
3.Be familiar with TS16949;
4.Be familiar with 8D,SPC,MSA,Control Plan, FMEA etc.
5.Good problem analysis and solving skill;
6.Good english ability on hearing/speaking/reading and writing;
7.Be active and responsible;
8.Good cooperation ability and team work spirit.
