Responsibility:
1. Manage new product introduction, including Beget and process ideation
2. Work together with globel team to ensure locall region projects meet with globel requirments
3. Establish production line, Plastic injection,vacuum forming,foam,punch and milling ,vbration welding and ultrasonic welding,and assembly, etc.Be responsible for Equipment installation &commissioning
4. Build and improve plant layout and create facility solution of product line
5. Establish and control interior parts process documents, such as Process Flow,PFMEA,ODS, MPB, PEIL
6. Ensure and Improve process to assure product manufacturing feasibility
7. Introduce and improve equipment and fixtures ,negotiate with supplier to assure equipment quality &timeline to meet project schedule and technical agreement
8. Prepare WI for equipment, build TPM and spare parts list ,and train operator and maintenance team
9. Continuous improvement to reduce manufacturing cost
10. Work with quality team to assure product quality
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in vehicle engineering ,machinery or the correlative.
2. At least 3 years work experience in vehicle industry,
3. Familiar with IP or Door Panel pcoress and equipment is prefered
4. Excellent oral and writing English skill
5. Strong capacity to learn new knowledg
